Eating in Islamorada

From some of my earlier posts you probably remember that my parents spend some of their winter in Islamorada in the Florida Keys. If you have never been, GO! It is a beautiful little piece of paradise, with a ton of adorable shops, little resorts and wonderful places to eat. I love dining alfresco, so Islamorada is ideal for me, since every restaurant is pretty much on the sand! Also, most of them have live music every day of the week. If you are headed to Islamorada, or will be driving through on your way to another place in the keys, try one of these yummy spots. Not only will you enjoy the food, you will also love the atmosphere.

1. The Lorelei

How can you not love a restaurant whose sign is a giant mermaid!

2. The Islander

This is actually a hotel, but if you enjoy lunch here you can soak up this view, and some rays from the pool, since restaurant patrons can use it.

3. Morada Bay

Dining with this view, live music, a frozen beverage and your toes in the sand…perfection! https://sarahinstyle.com/2016/03/21/palms-of-paradise/

4. Pierre’s

You see the most gorgeous sunsets dining on the second floor balcony. And the fish, the best I have ever eaten.

5. Islamorada Fish Company

Best french fries ever! Plus they have the best beach-inspired live music and a fish/shark feeding show.
