I’m Not Overall The Fall Fashion

It always seems that with the blink of an eye summer comes and goes. I love summer – it’s my favorite season by far. Sunny, warm days, when it stays light out until late are the absolute best. I think there is always hesitation as seasons change, but there are certainly ways to incorporate summer into fall. Simply what you wear can transport you back to a perfect summer setting, even if it’s the middle of fall and the leaves are dropping. These Farm Rio overalls are the perfect example!

Farm Rio makes such happy clothing! These overalls are no exception. They have a tropical print if you look close, but from afar it’s a bit abstract and the colors lend themselves to many seasons. In the heart of summer, I paired them with a ruffled off-the-shoulder top, but they would look just as cute with an oversized light sweater loosely tucked and closed-toe shoes. Speaking of oversized, it’s defintiely a trend for fall, and one I am loving. (It’s time for skinny jeans to take a vacation.) These overalls have a wide leg, so they are right on trend. Plus, it’s just nice to be able to move comfortably in your clothing!

Styling Overalls

The moral of the fashion story – as I always say, wear what makes you happy. If summer makes you happy find a subtle way to wear it well into fall. Maybe it’s a summer skort with a chunky sweater, or a cropped top with a wide-leg wool trouser. The options are endless, and with the right editing you can look the perfect part for any season.

What summer staples will you be carrying with you into this fall season? Let us all know in the comments!
