The Grammy’s have long been a spot that stars can show up on the red carpet in their wildest, wackiest ensembles. A place to show your truest self or a place to put into reality the dream of the person you wish to be. Lady Gaga and the meat dress was an iconic moment. What does that say about her…was she showcasing her love of meat or dreaming of bacon? I think she was simply pushing the envelope, something musicians love to do. The 2026 Grammys were no exception and the red carpet brought out some stuning looks and some questionable ones. So, for the first time on Sarah In Style, we are going to honor Joan Rivers (RIP Fashion Police) and do a best dressed and a worst dressed list – with some Joan-esque commentary of course.
Here are my picks for WORST DRESSED and BEST DRESSED at the 2026 Grammy Awards.
2026 Grammys Worst Dressed
Audre Nuna in Thom Browne Couture – This works if she is going for padded sofa becomes a dress.Ari Lennox in Valdrin Sahiti – Instead of picking one body part to highlight, she decided to give a peek at them all.Shaboozey in Bode – Somebody was in the club gettin tipsy and I think it was his stylist.Lady Gaga in Matieres Fecales – I think at this point the most shocking looks from Gaga are the ones where she looks elegant (and has eyebrows). This feels overdone.Doechii in Roberto Cavalli – Did she mix up her invites and think she was headed to the premiere of Pirates of the Caribbean Part 12.Chappell Roan in Mugler – She is going to regret this look if she gets caught on someones jewels when she goes in for a hug. Ouch.Heidi Klum in Marina Hoermanseder – Is she is practicing for her next Halloween bash? She is probably still shuffling her way down the red carpet. If you can’t walk – it’s a no.
2026 Grammys Best Dressed
Chrissy Tiegen in Caroline’s Couture – Color is great, hearts add a cute detail, styling is effortless.Kelsea Ballerini in Etro – A goddess in gold. This dress is a work of art and fits her perfectly.Michelle Williams in Jean-Louis Sabaji Couture – This is giving ’90s supermodel and is elegant while being bold and tastefully see-through.Tate McRae in Balenciaga – Understated and bold all at the same time. Modern neckline, on trend fringe, classic gloves – she nailed this look.Jennifer Hudson in Kilia Kerner – Showing her music roots in a leather look and accentuating her curves beautifully. An strappy sandal and no nylons would have been way to go though.Billie Eilish in Hodakova – Billie’s fashion has always leaned more androgynous and this stays true to that but adds a punch of grungy, gothic glamour for the red carpet.Olivia Dean in Chanel – The IT girl in music get’s an A+ in fashion. She is a music darling and she looks absolutely darling in this black and white gown. It’s her moment to shine.
