Dining Decor: A Table Made For Love

This month, and the next several, not only bring a lot of festivities that are fun to celebrate, but also ones that are fun to decorate. Decorate for what you might wonder? The holidays coming up of course. We’ve got Valentine’s Day this month, St. Patrick’s Day next month, followed by Easter then Mother’s Day. All of these holidays take on their own bit of magic in the decorating department, and this month, it’s all about love. Love for friends, family, significant others and anyone special to you. Maybe you don’t need help in the love department, especially if you are celebrating Valentine’s Day with a special someone, but maybe you do need help in the decorating for love department. Well, you are in luck with this month’s dining decor.

I recently was in a store in Pensacola, Florida, the Rusted Arrow Mercantile, that took the cake [not the actual one, but that would be a cute addition] on Valentine’s table decorating. First of all, the colors were fabulous – red, white and black. Second of all, they had the most adorable table runners. Rolls of paper that you cut to the size of your table, then simply discard after use. They had so many cute styles by Hester & Cook. They also had paper placemats. (Which could be used for any season. I mean look at these!) It may sound chincy, but done correctly, like Rusted Arrow Mercantile did, it really looks stunning – and you would never guess the table is decorated with any paper items. An added bonus beyond making your table look great, these fun paper products make decorating for so many different occasions both easy and affordable.

Make it special for those you are sharing the day with, and easy on you for clean up.
