Let’s talk travel attire. Sure, you can catch a flight wearing leggings or sweats, but how do you feel when you do? Maybe great. Not me. I need more. I need to feel fashion forward and put together when I travel.
In all honesty, I wish travel was still a glamorous affair. I think I would have thrived during the era when suits and heels were the norm for air travel. My feet may not have loved it, but wow what a time that must have been!
Just like most travel adventures, I believe the journey is just as important as the destination. For me, that means dressing in style while also making comfort a priority.
This denim set is my ideal travel outfit, and lately, I reach for it almost every time I fly. The fabric is lightweight enough to keep me from overheating but provides enough coverage to help me stay warm (do you hate a freezing plane, too?). Being fully covered also means I don’t have to worry about my bare arms or legs brushing against my seat neighbor – or theirs brushing against me. Personally, I think shorts and short sleeves should be vetoed on a plane. I know, harsh opinion!
It’s a simple set, but the relaxed fit makes it incredibly comfortable for a day spent in close quarters. A set like this pairs easily with casual shoe but can also be dressed up with jewelry and accessories.
Speaking of jewelry, the necklace I’m wearing here is from Zodiac Jules, and it’s a staple in my accessories wardrobe. It feels beautifully personal, with vintage zodiac charms on a stunning gold chain. It’s chunky, bold and classic all at the same time. It adds flair to any look, and when I say I wear it all the time, I mean it!
That’s really all it takes: a denim set, a bold necklace, comfy sneakers, and a fun bag. With this chic and comfortable travel outfit, I’m ready for whatever adventure comes my way—and I’ll be getting there in style.
