Happy 4th of July! I hope you are all able to celebrate with family and friends. It really is one of the best weekends of summer…boating, barbecues, sunshine, time with loved ones, fireworks. What more could you need?! I was prepping for a weekend away, so didn’t get a chance to post last week at all….I sure missed  you all, even in my craziness. I am back at it though, and promise I won’t be leaving you anytime soon. 😉

This 4th, it’s all about layering for me. Starting the day in the hot sunshine, a simple red sundress is perfect. Then as I head into dinnertime, it’ll start to get a little chilly I’m sure, so a navy and white striped sweater (with tassels!) is a good first layer. Of course, by the time the fireworks start I will be freezing (I am always cold FYI), so a denim jacket is a perfect final layer. (Needless to say, I am sure I will be wrapped in a blanket too!)
