Sarah In Style Turns 1

This month I am celebrating a big milestone and special birthday, as my blog, Sarah In Style, turns 1! It’s my first blogaversary. It’s hard to believe I have been writing for a year now. I started the blog as a creative outlet for myself and it has been that, and so much more. Not only have I been able to write, plan out my posts, style some great ensembles and journal about my travels, but I have been able to share it with all of you!

I kind of forgot it was coming up on my blogs 1st birthday until recently, while I was chatting with someone and we were talking about Sarah In Style. They asked how long I had been blogging and when I said it was almost a year, they asked what I would do to celebrate. Well, it had never even occurred to me to do something special, but then I thought about how much much of a labor of love this blog truly is to me, and how important it has become. Something like that deserves a special celebration…and what better way to celebrate than while on vacation in my favorite place, Los Angeles. And what better fashion than to celebrate at the beach and with rides and carnival games. The Santa Monica Pier was the perfect place!

Thank you to those of you who have followed along during this first year. It means the world to me! I hope you’ll continue to do so as Sarah In Style moves into year 2. I’ll do my very best to continue to bring you content you love to read. If you ever have ideas of what you would like to see, please let me know!
