They Say The Neon Lights Are Bright On Broadway

They say the neon lights are bright on Broadway, and they don’t lie. If you have ever walked the great white way, you know that adage is completely true. Not only are the lights bright outside, but the stars shine equally as bright inside. Last night those bright and shining Broadway stars got their time in the spotlight, at the Tony Awards. Having grown up going to the theater, I just adore it. I still get a thrill getting dressed up, going for dinner and then heading to the theater to take in a live show. Whether it’s on the actual “Broadway,” a touring production or a local show, theater is full of fun, entertainment and some very real talent. I always love getting to see these stars, who put in so many hours and put on such great shows, get their time to shine for the world at the Tony’s. These lovely ladies below really stood out to me this year, not for their performances necessarily (which I am sure were all fantastic), but for their shining red carpet looks. And while the neon lights may be bright on Broadway, the fashion at the Tony’s was not. Trends appear to be muted blacks, whites and reds. Still, these gals looked stunning, and were shining bright!
