It has been one busy summer and I am sad to say my poor little blog baby has taken a backseat to the rest of, well, life! From the time I started my blog, I had always promised myself I would post every Monday, since that the day this journey all began on. It’s pained me to miss a couple Monday’s from time to time, moving posts back to later days in the week. Lately though it has pained me even more, as I have missed more than a Monday, sometimes missing a whole week, or two, altogether. With lots of work travel, a little travel for fun, toying with the possibility of moving into a new home and all the busyness that always ensues in summer, I just haven’t found the time to sit and write. It’s definitely not that I am lacking in content, as I have so many fun posts to come, revolving around travel, fashion and design – it’s rather that I’ve just been so busy with everything else going on in my life, I decided rather than feel overwhelmed or burdened by my blog, I would just let it sit for a bit. This is such a passion project of mine, I never want it to feel like “work.”  So while I promise things will eventually go back to a regular schedule (likely in the fall), for now, I ask you to bear with me as I post when I can. You will still find lots of fun content coming your way, it just may be a little more sporadic over the next couple of months.
