Travel is something that fills my heart. It fills it with wonder, with awe, with excitement and with gratitude. When I travel to a new place, or even one I have visited before, I get the pulsing heart eyes you have seen on all your favorite cartoons. So, I figure, why not wear my heart(s) visibly – in a trendy move – on my sunglasses. Because not only is travel about all of the things I mentioned above, it’s truly a time to have fun with your fashion.

I think packing for me has always been so hard because I want to take all the unique, funky things I might not get to wear much at home and show them off on vacation. It’s an adventure anyway, and I like to incorporate what I am wearing into that. Sunglasses thankfully don’t take up much room in my luggage, so those have become a great way for me to change the mood of my outfits while I am on vacation. [Yes, I’m the girl who takes 8 pair of sunglasses for a 5 day trip. You have to have options, am I right?] I recommend putting each in their own sleeve/case, and wrapping in your clothing. This will prevent scratching and breaking.

If you too are all about putting together a fun and fashionable travel wardrobe, remember that it can easily be done by packing mostly basics for your clothing (think of a color scheme that allows you to mix and match pieces), and then adding flare with accessories. Maybe for you that’s shoes, jewelry, hats, purses or sunglasses. Maybe all of the above!
