The SAG (Screen Actors Guild) Awards have a special place in the hearts of the stars, because it’s awards nominated and voted on by their peers, other actors. The SAG Awards have a special place in my heart because I have actually gotten to witness the red carpet in person. A fashion lover and pop culture junkie’s dream come true. It gave me perspective into the entire event, and all the behind the scenes activities that take place before the awards show even begins. (You can read more about my time on the red carpet here.) A lot goes into the event as a whole, as well as the looks on each and every actor. Although, sometimes you wouldn’t know it by what they chose to wear, or how they did (aka didn’t) do their hair. These styling efforts deserve accolades too, and just like the actors vote on their peers work for SAG, it gives fellow fashion lovers a chance to “vote” on the stylists/stars best looks, simply by picking their best dressed. So, without further ado, here is mine, for the 2020 SAG Awards!
