Wacky Wonders: 2022 MTV VMA’s

If you’ve been a reader for some time, you know that my red carpet blog posts are always best dressed lists. Watching the msuic mavens walk this years MTV VMA red carpet, I couldn’t help but wonder, with each passing celeb, “what in the world.” The fashions, if you want to call them that were, to say it lightly, out there. It’s MTV, which has always welcomed pushing boundaries with fashion, but this just felt like everyone said “how werid can I make this look?” Once I started watching the actual show I think the performance ensemble thought process was a littler different – “how much less can I wear?” I am no prude, but every single act girating the whole time, not my thing. Come on people, the music industry is all about being unique and forward thinking, so do that! With that said, you can guess it was hard to pick the best dressed, and while I may not have loved many looks, I applaud people for going bold, so I’m going with the wackiest wonders of the red carpet.
