It’s A Purple Party

What better way than to start this Monday off with a little bit of one of my favorite colors….purple! This Topshop dress was an obsession from the moment I saw it at Nordstrom, and continued to be as I had to hunt down the size I needed, from several stores. (Why is it stores only ever seem to have one size of something you love?) It was worth it though! Of course, the dress is purple, which I love, but it also has a great cutout/lace up detail on the sides, and it’s got a great pattern that is very transitional through the seasons. Not only did I wear this dress in spring when I bought it, I have worn it this summer and will absolutely be pairing it with boots and getting use of it through fall.

In these photos I am sporting this purple piece at a place that I would like to call my second home. I think could move right in and be quite content, even though it’s a hotel. However, it’s not just any hotel, it’s The Beverly Hills Hotel. You’ve all heard me talk about my love for California. This might possibly be my favorite place to visit when I am in town. Not only is it gorgeous, but they have great drinks and food and the people watching, well, it’s pretty darn good.
