I’m a true kid at heart and a big believer that you are never too old to play! What do I mean by “play”? Well, it could be anything…maybe riding your bike, swimming in your favorite watering hole, golfing, doing a puzzle, a game of hide and seek with the kids in your life. Really, it could be anything you enjoy. Doing something that makes you feel happy and young is only going to enhance the quality of your life.

These were taken at a recent “play day” in my hometown in Michigan. Fun to go back to a place where I remember having so much fun as a kid, and where I’ve been able to take all of my nieces and nephews. I don’t care what age you are, going down a slide and swinging are always fun!

 This week, and this year in general, I challenge you to attempt to play more. Do things that make you smile and bring joy to your life. Life is just too short not to have fun along the way.
