Best Dressed: Cannes Film Festival 2022 (Week 1)

Today, I am transporting you to a red carpet arcoss the globe, on the Meditteranean Sea, in the south of France. That’s right, we are headed to the ultra-glamourous Cannes Film Festival. If you aren’t familiar with Cannes, let me just tell you, it’s a stunning little town that oozes with French Mediterranean charm. If you are wondering what the Cannes Film Festival is all about, I can tell you that too.

The prestigious film festival has had impact across the world, and was created (more than 70 years ago) with the “aim of contributing towards the development of cinema, boosting the film industry worldwide and celebrating cinema at an international level.” While the festival was created to feature films, it’s also became a much anticpated red carpet celebrity hotspot. The glamour is always on another level at Cannes – maybe it’s all the sea air! Cannes 2022 runs from May 17 – May 28. A multi-week festival means a lot of red carpet events and a lot of stunning celebrity style. (And a lot of tired celebrity stylists.) Here are my picks for week 1, best dressed at the 2022 Cannes Film Festival.
