We are in full swing of awards season, and next to summer, it’s my favorite season! The glitz, the glamour, the beautiful gowns, the handsome men in tuxes, the celebration of an art I love – what is there not to look forward to during this over the top season. This week, the red carpet led us to the Golden Globes. Some of us quite literally, myself included. That’s right I was a very, very lucky girl who got to strut into the Beverly Hilton in a glimmering gown and sparkly jewels and sit among the stars for the big night. I can tell you the glitz you see on TV is amplified in person. It felt magical to immerse myself into the crowd and to witness the celebration of the successes of movie (and TV) making. And sure, the awards handed out were deserved and the speeches were great, but the highlight of the night was most certaintly getting to see the fashion up close and personal. A sparkly gown just shines brighter in person! So, as I always do, I am going to share my best dressed list, but this one is just a little more special, as I can verify these gown were just as stunning in person. Without further ado, here are my picks for best dressed at the 2023 Golden Globes.
